Small Stores do not break loudly.
A menu item starts landing on an error page. A collection empties out after the season and nobody notices the button that still points at it. The size chart is a file nobody can open. The theme update put the sale badge back to the grey that cannot be read in daylight.
None of it is worth hiring a developer for forty minutes, so it sits there underneath the sales, and the Store gets scruffy in places you stopped looking at.
And some of it is not small at all. A buyer moving through your Store with a keyboard reaches the cart and stops. That is not an awkward afternoon. That is a sale that never happened, and a person who does not come back to try again.
Per fix.
Always.
Everything we fix has a name, a price and a turnaround, and each one is bought on its own. There is no package. There is no monthly commitment you have to sign to get one broken link repaired. There is no all or nothing.
A small Store does not buy a programme. It buys the fix it needs today.
Some prices we know before we look. Some we have to count.
Contrast on your theme is $395. Keyboard navigation is $695. Those you can buy outright, today.
Dead links are $35 each. Alt text is $2.50 per image. Nobody, us included, can price those without counting what your Store actually has, and we count that from your Store address, from the outside, before you pay anything.
That is what Fix Credit is. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What is left stays there. Your $195 Store Check lands on the same balance.
$295 on your Store. It never expires, and it comes back as work, not as money.
Accessibility work is on this list. It is one of the things we sell, and it is not the only one.

The fixes that grow with your catalogue, like alt text or dead links, are counted before you pay anything, and we do that from outside without asking you for access to anything.
Fix Credit is how the counted ones get paid for. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it. It comes back as work and never as money, and we say that here rather than in the small print. The fixes that already have their own price do not need any of this. You buy those outright.
How the work happens
Your live Store is not touched
The work is done on a copy of your theme. Nothing changes on the Store your buyers see until you say so.
Access is yours to take back
Collaborator access, which never gives us your password, and which you can revoke the day the work is done.
You get it in plain English
A note of what changed and where, written so you can read it without a developer sitting next to you.
The price does not move
It is fixed per fix and it is agreed before anything starts. No hourly clock, no invoice you have to check.
The answer comes the same day
You send the Store address and what has been bothering you. You get the count and the number back that day.
Reversible, on purpose
Every change we publish can be put back the way it was, and the copy we worked from stays where you can see it.
What we do not do, said before you buy
We do not issue documents that declare your Store compliant
Not an Accessibility Statement, not a Letter of Conformance. We sell work. What leaves here describes what we did and where, and never declares the state of your Store.
What a third party app injects into your page is not ours to rewrite
The people who wrote it do not work with us. When an app is in the way we name it, tell you what it is breaking, and fix everything else. Said before you buy, not after.
We do not test with real people who use assistive technology
That takes people we do not have. We say so here rather than let you assume otherwise.
We do not redesign Stores and we do not build new ones
This is maintenance. When something that size comes up you get a separate number first, and nothing starts before you agree.
Send the address.
You get the number.
Tell us where your Store lives and what has been bothering you. We count what it has and answer the same day, with what it needs and what it costs. Nothing is charged for that, and we do not need access to your Store to do it.
