What this is
Fix Credit is $295 on your Store, held with us and spent on work. It is not a package and it is not a subscription. It is a balance.
Why it exists
Some of what we sell has a price before we look at anything. Contrast on your theme is $395. Keyboard navigation is $695. You can buy those outright and you never need this page.
The rest are counted. Dead links are $35 each. Alt text is $2.50 per image. Listings with no photo are $12 each. Nobody, us included, can tell you what those cost until somebody has counted what your Store actually has.
So we count first, from your Store address, from the outside, without asking you for access to anything. Then the exact number comes off your balance.
How you spend it
You tell us what you want done, or you buy a Store Check and we tell you what is there. Either way you see the exact count and the exact price before any work starts. Nothing comes off your balance without you saying yes to it.
What is left over
It stays on your Store. There is no date on it and there never will be. Six dead links today and eleven more next spring is two visits against the same balance. Prices are whatever the list says on the day you spend it, and it is the same list everybody else sees.
What this is not
It is not money. It is work we owe you. It does not come back as cash, and we would rather you read that here than find it out later.
The Store Check
The Store Check is $195 and it lands on this same balance. Buy the Check, read the report, and that $195 is already sitting on your Store waiting to be spent. In practice, whoever has the work done does not pay for the Check.
