On most Shopify Stores you get stuck in one of three places: the main menu will not open, the cart drawer opens but you cannot get out of it, or a popup appears and takes you nowhere.
What it costs you
Plenty of people shop without a mouse. Some because of a disability, some because of an injury, some because they are fast typists who never learned to reach for it.
A Store that traps them in the cart drawer does not get a complaint. It gets a closed tab. This is the part of a Shopify Store that breaks most often, and it is invisible to everyone who tests with a mouse in their hand.
What we do
We go through the whole buying path with the keyboard only, from the home page to the checkout button: menus, search, filters, the cart drawer, and anything that opens on top of the page. We fix the theme so every one of them can be opened, used and closed without a mouse, and so you can always see where you are on the page.
What you get
The path we tested, what was broken at each stop, and the fix applied. A short note, in plain English, of what changed. And, if you want it, a screen recording of the same path working afterwards.
We work on a copy of your theme and publish only when you tell us to.
Said before you buy, not after: the checkout itself belongs to Shopify and we do not change it. Everything up to it is your theme, and that is what we fix.
