What this is
Buyers do not write in to report a dead link. They leave, and from the admin the Store looks fine.
The Store Check is us going through your storefront the way a buyer moves through it, and writing down everything they can trip over. Dead links, products showing twice, collections that open on nothing, listings with no photo, and addresses that name a different product.
What it costs you
You cannot fix what you have not found, and you cannot put a number on it either. Most owners know something is off and have no way to say how much of it there is.
What we do
We work from your Store address, and we do not need access to your Store to do it. We open your home page, your main menu, your collections and a sample of your product pages, and we check them from more than one market. Shopify publishes by market, so a page can look full to you and empty to a buyer abroad.
What you get
One report. Every problem we found, where it is, and which fix it takes, with the price of that fix beside it. Not a list you have to carry somewhere else, because we do the fixing too.
Price and time
$195. Two working days, counted from the day you order.
The $195 stays on your Store
The moment you pay it, the $195 lands on your balance as Fix Credit. There is no date on it. Spend it on anything we sell, whenever you are ready. In practice, whoever has the work done does not pay for the Check.
