How your Store is actually built

Your Store is not a pile of pages. It is a handful of templates that Shopify fills with your products. Home, collection, product, cart, pages. A problem written into the product template is on every product you sell, and repairing it once repairs all of them.

That is why this is priced per template and not per Store. Three hundred products can be six templates of work.

What it costs you

Without this you are guessing. You do not know whether it is one button or the whole theme, so you cannot tell anyone what to do, and you cannot decide what it is worth spending.

What we do

We go through each template against WCAG 2.2 AA, by hand, with a keyboard and a screen reader. An automated checker finds what a machine can see. It cannot tell you whether a button still makes sense when it is read out loud, or whether the order of a page holds up when nobody is looking at it.

What you get

Per template: what we found, where it sits in the theme, and what it takes to repair. Every finding carries the fix that repairs it, with the price of that fix beside it.

What this is not

It does not say your Store is compliant. We do not issue a VPAT or an ACR. It describes what we found, on the templates we looked at, on the day we looked.

What we cannot repair, and we say it now

What a third party app injects into your page is not ours to rewrite, because the people who wrote it do not work with us. When one is in the way we name it and tell you what it is doing, and we repair the rest.

Price, time, and how we count

$175 per template. Five working days. We count your templates from your Store address, without access to anything, and give you the number the same day you ask.

And then it gets repaired

An audit that ends in a list is half a job. Everything this finds has a fix on our list with a price on it, and we do the repairing.

How you pay for this one

This is one of the fixes we have to count, so it is paid from Fix Credit. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it.
