What is wrong
An app you installed once, and probably forgot about, is adding something to every page of your Store. A popup, a review widget, a currency selector, a chat bubble.
Some of them are fine. Some of them trap the keyboard, cover the buy button on a phone, or announce themselves to a screen reader before anything else on the page.
What it costs you
This is the failure that is hardest to see from the inside, because the app was working the day you installed it. Nobody watches it after that, and apps update themselves.
The popup that appears three seconds after the page loads is, for a keyboard user, a box they cannot close.
What we do
We find which app is causing the problem, which is most of the work, and then we take one of three routes with you. Reconfigure it, so the settings you already pay for stop doing the damage. Contain it, so your theme corrects the behaviour around it. Or replace it with one that does the same job without the damage, and we tell you what that costs before you decide.
Said before you buy, not after: we can change your theme and your templates. What an app injects into the page belongs to whoever wrote it. When something can only be fixed by that app's own developer, we tell you plainly, and we fix everything around it.
What you get
The app named, what it was doing, the route taken, and the result. And a short note, in plain English, of what changed.
Price and time
$395 per app. Five working days, counted from the day we have access.
How you pay for this one
This is one of the fixes we have to count, so it is paid from Fix Credit. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it.
