What is wrong
Somewhere on your Store there is a button or a menu item that leads to a page that no longer exists. The link still looks normal. It is only when someone clicks it that the Store says the page cannot be found.
This happens after ordinary work: a page gets renamed, a campaign ends, a collection is tidied up, and the link that pointed at it stays behind.
What it costs you
A dead link in your main menu or on your home page is worse than a missing page. The buyer already decided to click. They were interested, and the Store answered with an error.
We have seen the same broken page linked twice from a single home page, and we have seen dead links sitting in the top navigation bar, which is the part of a Store that every visitor sees.
What we do
We follow every link on your home page and in your menus, and we check where each one actually lands, including links that redirect somewhere else before they fail.
For each dead link you choose one of three fixes and we apply it: point it at the page it was meant to reach, restore the page, or take the link down.
What you get
Every dead link we found, with the exact place it sits and where it was trying to go. The fix applied to each. And a short note, in plain English, of what changed.
We work on a copy of your theme and publish only when you tell us to.
Price and time
$35 per link. Three working days, counted from the day we have access.
We count them from your Store address before you pay, so you know the number first.
How you pay for this one
This is one of the fixes we have to count, so it is paid from Fix Credit. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it.
If you do not know how many you have
The Store Check goes through your whole storefront and finds everything a buyer can trip over. It is $195, and that $195 lands on your balance.
