What is wrong
Search your own Store for one of your best sellers. If it comes back more than once, buyers are seeing it more than once too.
Duplicates are usually left over from editing. A product gets copied to try a change, the copy is published by accident, and both versions stay live. The copy often carries the same title and a slightly different price.
What it costs you
The buyer does not think you have two listings. The buyer thinks something is wrong with your Store, or worse, works out that the same thing is being sold at two prices and picks the cheaper one.
We have seen the same gift set live twice at two different prices, both of them sitting side by side in the same collection, and both of them returned by the Store's own search.
What we do
We search your storefront the way a buyer would, compare the listings that come back, and confirm which one is the real product and which is the copy. We check that the copy is genuinely live before touching anything, because a leftover that only exists in your admin is not a problem for anyone.
Then we take the duplicate out of the way and make sure nothing on your Store still links to it.
What you get
Every duplicate we found, which listing was kept and why, and where each one was showing up. And a short note, in plain English, of what changed.
Nothing is deleted without you seeing the list first.
Price and time
$35 per product. Three working days, counted from the day we have access.
We count them from your Store address before you pay, so you know the number first.
How you pay for this one
This is one of the fixes we have to count, so it is paid from Fix Credit. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it.
If you do not know how many you have
The Store Check goes through your whole storefront and finds everything a buyer can trip over. It is $195, and that $195 lands on your balance.
