What keeps happening
Nothing on a Shopify Store stays still. A theme update, an app update, a new collection, a season of products added in a hurry by somebody who had ten minutes. Things break without anyone touching them on purpose, and they tend to break in the same places as last time.
What it costs you
You pay once to have something repaired, and six weeks later it is back. You find out the same way you found out the first time, which is by accident, or not at all.
What we do
Every month we run your Store Check and your Audit again, on the same templates, and we put the result beside last month's.
Anything we repaired that has broken again, we repair at no charge. That is the whole point of this.
Anything new is named, with the fix it takes and the price of that fix, and you decide whether it gets done.
What you get
A short note, once a month. What is unchanged, what came back, what is new, and what we repaired along the way without asking. In a month when nothing happened it says so in one line, and you have still learned something about your Store.
What this is not
No month of this declares your Store compliant, and none of it produces a VPAT or an ACR. It is work, repeated.
Price and time
$145 a month up to eight templates, $245 above that. Month to month. Cancel whenever you want. It runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and a month that has started is not refunded.
If nobody has looked yet
The Store Check goes through your whole storefront and finds everything a buyer can trip over. It is $195, and that $195 lands on your balance.
How you pay for this one
This one repeats every month, so it is not paid from Fix Credit. We count your templates first and tell you whether it is $145 or $245 or $245. That is the number the subscription starts at.
If your theme grows past eight templates later, the price moves to $245 and we tell you in the month it happens. It never moves without us saying so first.
