What is wrong
Open one of your product pages and look at how the description is put together. Three things go wrong on almost every Store.
Headings that are headings only because someone made the text bigger and bolder. Tables of sizes or ingredients built out of spaces and line breaks. And text that lives inside an image, usually the care instructions or the size chart.
What it costs you
Someone using a screen reader moves through a page by its headings, the way you would skim with your eyes. If your headings are just big text, there is nothing to move through, and the page has to be listened to from the first word to the last.
Text inside an image is not text at all. It cannot be read out, it cannot be searched, it cannot be translated, and it cannot be copied by a customer trying to check a measurement.
What we do
We rebuild the description so the headings are real headings in the right order, the tables are real tables with their rows and columns named, and the text that was trapped inside an image is on the page as text.
We do this per template, so once your standard product template is fixed, every product using it is fixed.
What you get
The templates we worked on, what changed in each, and a short note, in plain English, of what changed. Your wording stays yours. What changes is what it is built from.
We work on a copy of your theme and publish only when you tell us to.
Price and time
$195 per template. Five working days, counted from the day we have access.
Most Stores have fewer templates than they expect. We count yours from your Store address before you pay, so you know the number first.
How you pay for this one
This is one of the fixes we have to count, so it is paid from Fix Credit. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it.
