What is wrong
Search your Store for a category you sell and look at what comes back. If some listings show a grey placeholder where the photo should be, those products are on sale and nobody can see them.
They are usually the ones added in a hurry, or the ones added last: the wholesale listings, the add-ons, the packaging options.
What it costs you
A listing with no photo does not get bought. It also sits in your search results and in your collections next to the products that do have photos, and it makes the whole row look unfinished.
We have seen Stores with six live listings and not one image between them, all of them returned by the Store's own search.
What we do
You send us the photos. We put each one on the right listing, in the right order, sized correctly, and we write the alternative text for each image so it is described properly for anyone using a screen reader and for search.
Said before you buy, not after: we do not take photographs. This is placing and preparing the images you already have. If you do not have images for a product yet, this piece cannot help with that one, and we will tell you which ones before you pay.
What you get
Every listing that was missing an image, the images placed and described, and a short note, in plain English, of what changed.
Price and time
$12 per listing, with the photos supplied by you. Three working days, counted from the day we have both access and the images.
We count the listings from your Store address before you pay, so you know the number first.
How you pay for this one
This is one of the fixes we have to count, so it is paid from Fix Credit. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it.
If you do not know how many you have
The Store Check goes through your whole storefront and finds everything a buyer can trip over. It is $195, and that $195 lands on your balance.
