What is wrong
Search your own Store for one of your best sellers. If two results come back with the same name written the same way, a buyer has to guess which one to open.
It usually happens for a good reason. The same item exists for men and for women, or in two editions, or it was listed twice on purpose so it appears in two sections. The listings are right. The names are what is missing.
What it costs you
A buyer who cannot tell two results apart does one of two things. They leave, or they open the wrong one and order the wrong size. The first you never hear about. The second comes back as a return, and you pay the postage both ways.
It is worse in search than on a collection page. On the page the buyer could see the product sat in the women's row. In the search results there is nothing but the name, twice.
What we do
We open both listings and find what actually separates them. Sizes, colours, who the item is for, the edition, the year. Then we write that into the name so each one says what it is.
We do not delete anything. Two listings under one name are two real products almost every time, and removing one takes a working product off your Store. We change the name a buyer reads and we leave the address alone, because changing the address breaks every link that already points at that product.

Every repeated name we found, the listings behind each one, and the new name for each. And a short note, in plain English, of what changed.
We work on your product titles only. Nothing about your theme changes.
Price and time
$35 per repeated name. Three working days, counted from the day we have access.
We count the repeated names from your Store address before you pay anything, so you know the number before you decide.
How you pay for this one
This is one of the fixes we have to count, so it is paid from Fix Credit. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it.
If you do not know how many you have
The Store Check goes through your whole storefront and finds everything a buyer can trip over, not only the names. It is $195, and that $195 lands on your balance.
