What is wrong
Most Stores have at least one document doing real work: a size chart, an ingredients list, a care guide, a spec sheet. It is usually a PDF or an image, and it was usually made in a design tool.
Open it and try to select the text with your cursor. If nothing highlights, there is no text in there. It is a photograph of words.
What it costs you
A customer who cannot read it cannot buy with confidence, and a customer who is not confident about a size does one of two things: leaves, or orders two and sends one back.
For a screen reader the document is silent. For search it does not exist. And on a phone, a picture of a table is something people pinch and drag around until they give up.
What we do
We rebuild the document so the words are words. Headings in order, tables with named rows and columns, reading order that follows the page, and a title so it announces itself properly when it opens.
Where a document works better as a page on your Store than as a file to download, we tell you, because that is usually the better answer on a phone.
What you get
Each document rebuilt, side by side with the original so you can see nothing was lost, and a short note, in plain English, of what changed.
Price and time
$9 per page of document. Five working days, counted from the day we have the files.
We count the pages before you pay, so you know the number first.
How you pay for this one
This is one of the fixes we have to count, so it is paid from Fix Credit. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it.
