What is wrong
Look at the address bar on one of your product pages. If the address describes a different product from the one on the screen, that page is telling search engines and buyers two different stories.
It is the fingerprint of a copied listing. Someone duplicated a product to make a new one, changed the title and the photos, and the address kept the old name.
What it costs you
Buyers notice. A hat at an address that says t-shirt, or a 750ml bottle at an address that says 16oz, reads as a Store that is not paying attention, and that is the exact moment someone decides not to enter their card details.
Search engines read the address too. A page whose address contradicts its content is competing against itself.
We have seen a hat living at an address ending in a date and a time, left from the afternoon the listing was created and never renamed.
What we do
We go through your live products and compare each address with what the page actually sells. For each mismatch we move the product to an address that matches, and we put a redirect in place so the old address keeps working for anyone who saved it or linked to it.
What you get
Every mismatch we found, the new address for each, and confirmation that the old ones still resolve. And a short note, in plain English, of what changed.
Price and time
$35 per product. Three working days, counted from the day we have access.
We count them from your Store address before you pay, so you know the number first.
How you pay for this one
This is one of the fixes we have to count, so it is paid from Fix Credit. You put $295 on your Store, we count, and the exact number comes off your balance. What you do not spend stays there with no date on it.
If you do not know how many you have
The Store Check goes through your whole storefront and finds everything a buyer can trip over. It is $195, and that $195 lands on your balance.
